Misty Mount Shelties

Misty Mt. Shelties has been enjoying and working with Shelties since 1987. We are a small hobby kennel and can boast of several champions in the areas of Agility, Conformation, Rally and Therapy.

We are committed to producing quality Shelties by focusing on excellent health, structure, beauty and just as importantly, wonderful temperaments that are fun to live with! All our dogs complete genetic tests before they are bred to be sure we are doing our best to not perpetuate bad health issues. Puppies are sold on strict spay/neuter contracts with limited AKC registration papers.

We are often available to answer questions about the breed and to help guide new owners in the wonders of sharing their lives with a versatile Sheltie. We celebrate each and every one born here at Misty Mt, from those that bless our lives daily to those with exciting careers for themselves and their owners. We are so blessed to have met so many wonderful people, some have become lifelong dear friends!

AKC Breeder of Merit
Requirements
•Has a history of at least 5 years involvement with AKC events.
•Earned at least 4 Conformation, Performance or Companion event titles on dogs they bred/co-bred.
•Member of an AKC club.
•Certifies that applicable health screens are performed on your breeding stock as recommended by the Parent Club.
•Demonstrates a commitment to ensuring 100% of the puppies produced are AKC registered.
